Last week Colonel Robert Barkley spoke to a group of Gadsden High Students about the Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office Substance Abuse and the Mental Health Grant programs. The programs are in conjunction with the Mental Health and Substance Abuse state initiative led by Casey DeSantis’(Governor’s wife).
