The action was instituted in the Second Judicial Circuit Court, Gadsden County, Florida, and is styled LARRY KIRKLAND vs. ARDELLA B. FRISON, SAM SANDERS, LINDSEY SWEET, LOUISE MCWHITE GOULDS F/K/A LOUISE MCWHITE DAWKINS and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF NORRIS DAWKINS, JR, a Heirs to an estate.

You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Ashley V. Gantt, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 3833 Central Ave, St. Petersburg, FL 33713, on or before June 30, 2026, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Ashley V. Gantt or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.

The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff's interest which will be binding upon you.
