Starlyn Elaine Braswell passed away leaving behind a legacy of love and devotion. Born in Gulfport, Mississippi, Starlyn moved to Quincy as a child. She was a dutiful wife to Jack Braswell for nearly 60 years, and a proud mother and loving grandmother.
