AJ Belford

A.J. Belford, 95, of Quincy, Florida, transitioned from labor to reward on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, in Quincy. Born and raised in Quincy, A.J. confessed Christ at an early age and faithfully served at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. He dedicated many years of his life as a truck driver until his retirement.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Antioch M.B. Church in Quincy, with burial to follow at Williams Cemetery, Quincy. Visitation will be observed on Friday, Sept. 26, 2025, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Bradwell Mortuary, Quincy.
He leaves to cherish his memory four loving daughters: Gracie Belford Powell-Jones of Quincy, FL; Mary Belford Lurry (Willie) of Quincy, FL; Rosemary Belford Jackson (Ronnie) of Mt. Pleasant, FL; and Dorothy Belford Goldwire of Havana, FL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
