Locals star in comedy-horror movie ‘John’

Gadsden County native Richard Burns premiered the comedy-horror movie ‘John’ in Quincy on Nov. 9.
The movie, produced by Dragon Burns Promotion, runs just more than 58 minutes; and stars Steven Allen as a demon that possesses and terrorizes neighbors in a small community.
One by one, neighbors begin to disappear causing concern.
The short film has some elements of cult classic, injecting layers of comedy in every scene. Co-star Ezekiel Burns stole many scenes with his eclectic comedic timing.
