NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day October, 2024, and entered in Case No. 24000029CAA, of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Gadsden County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and ALEC PRESTON BONNER and BETHANY BONNER are Defendants. Nicholas Thomas as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the South Door of the Gadsden County Courthouse, 10 East Jefferson Street, Quincy, FL 32351 at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 19th day of December, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
