8th Annual Big Bend Rodeo set for Aug. 22–23 in Quincy

The Gadsden County Tourist Development Council, in partnership with the Gadsden Horsemen’s Association, will host the 8th Annual Big Bend Rodeo on Friday, August 22, and Saturday, August 23, at the Gadsden Horsemen’s Association Arena in Quincy.
Gates will open at 6 p.m. each night. The rodeo will begin at 8 p.m.
The event will include traditional rodeo competitions such as bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, bull riding, calf roping, steer wrestling, and team roping.
The Gadsden Horsemen’s Association hosts the rodeo annually and organizes additional events throughout the year, including Hunter, Western, Ranch, Speed, and Rodeo riding competitions.
Tickets are $15 per person.
