While no longer directly in the path of Hurricane Ian (as of press time on Tuesday, September 27), Gadsden County is preparing for the impact of the first major hurricane to hit Florida coastlines this year.

  • A data table titled 'Gadsden County Public Schools: School Grades Over the Last Five Years' with data from the Florida Department of Education. The table lists nine schools and the overall district grades from the 2021-22 through the 2025-26 school years. Gadsden Elementary Magnet School shows a consistent 'A' grade and Crossroad Academy shows a consistent 'B'. Greensboro Elementary shows an 'A' grade for four years before dropping to a 'D' in 2025-26. All other schools, as well as the overall district grade, consistently received a 'C' grade every year.
