NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2021, and entered in Case No. 19000146CAA of the Circuit Court of the 2ND Judicial Circuit in and for Gadsden County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-1, is Plaintiff and BARRON KEITH CLARK, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE ESTATE OF BERNICE CLARK A/K/A BERNICE MCCLOUD CLARK, DECEASED; IRVIN CLARK, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Gadsden County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders for cash at the Gadsden County Courthouse, located at 10 E. and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
