Quincy’s Acting Police Chief Hill was awarded the Florida Public Safety Institute commendation for his outstanding contributions to the Criminal Justice community and the State of Florida. There were only two honorees statewide so this was a very special award for Acting Chief Hill. This was part of the Black History Month celebration.
