Ms. Barbara Jean Forman, 63 years of age, of Gretna, Florida transitioned on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 in Gretna, Florida. She leaves to cherish her precious memories: her children Kenneth, Jr and Sierra Williams both of Tallahassee, Florida and a life long friend, Kenneth Williams, Sr, of Quincy, Florida. 5 devoted sisters, Pastor Annie McMillian, Annie Mack (Ricky), Dianne Formman, of Gretna, Florida, Helen Formman and Sandra Field (Frank), of Quincy, Florida, 2 devoted brothers, John Lewis Formman, of Gretna, Florida and Nicholas Akins, of Tallahassee,Florida. Viewing will be from 2pm – 6 p.m., Friday, July 25, 2025 at the Mortuary.  A celebration of life will be 11 a.m., Saturday, July 26, 2025 at St. Paul P. B. Church, Gretna, Florida with burial at Church’s Cemetery, Gretna, Florida. Services entrusted to Williams Funeral Home of Quincy, Florida.
