United Way distributes 700 turkeys in Gadsden County over Thanksgiving

On Saturday, November 20 – just in time for Thanksgiving – volunteers with the United Way of the Big Bend distributed a total of 700 turkeys to local organizations and elected representatives, who then delivered the turkeys directly to residents of Gadsden County in Chattahoochee, Havana, Quincy, Gretna, and Greensboro.
