Keys to the City: Local-born rapper given the key to the City of Quincy

Last month, Quincy Mayor Ronte Harris presented rapper Bobby Fishscale with the Key to the City as Fishscale returned to his hometown of Quincy to perform at the Summer Family Fest Car and Bike Show.
