Quincy Goodwill Career Resource Center relaunches with enhanced workforce training services

The Quincy Goodwill Career Resource Center is set to host its grand relaunch on April 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM. This milestone event underscores the center’s commitment to providing comprehensive workforce development services for Gadsden County residents.
The enhanced Career Resource Center will offer a range of virtual and in-person training programs tailored to meet the needs of both job seekers and employers. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the upgraded facility, engage with career advisors, and learn about new initiatives designed to support career advancement and workforce readiness.
“We are pleased to relaunch the Quincy Goodwill Career Resource Center with expanded programs and services that will better serve our community,” said Fred Shelfer, CEO/President of Goodwill Big Bend. “Our objective is to equip job seekers with the necessary resources to secure meaningful employment while assisting employers in finding skilled professionals.”
The relaunch event will include guided tours of the facility, informative sessions outlining the new services, and opportunities for networking with local business leaders and industry professionals. Refreshments will be provided.
Located at 1503 W. Jefferson Street, the Quincy Goodwill Career Resource Center remains dedicated to fostering economic growth and career success within the community.
